Cameron is the Executive Chef at the two-hatted Long Apron Restaurant in Queensland. He has been cooking for more than 20 years and is passionate about Italian food. He uses fresh, local, seasonal produce to create the perfect marriage of different foods and natural flavours on one plate.
He was recently reviewed in the Weekend Australian by John Lethlean who also placed The Long Apron in the current top 50 restaurants in Australia.
