We are here at last with Edwina and the House of Fusion, Marrakesh.

What are we doing so far? Driving along through the Tizn Test Pass passing earth built hillside villages along the route. A picnic in a little gorge in the Atlas mountains along side a river bubbling quietly over stones…

Visiting an ancient 12th century mosque, one of two in Morocco that non- Muslims are allowed to enter, and no longer used as a mosque.

Arriving on mules for a Berber cooking class high up in the Atlas mountains! Very beautiful, rustic and totally authentic cooking….the mule ride a real challenge travelling along tiny mountain rocky trails.
The cooking was interesting – peeling, chopping and slicing sitting out in the courtyard with the family and their cats! Cooking in the tagines and couscousierre over the braziers of hot coals and wood.

And today will be our first cooking class at the House of Fusion with Edwina.
